Scrum Master
Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, SopotWe are looking for experienced Project Manager with extensive knowledge of Scrum methodology, who will coordinate several scrum and non-scrum distributed teams.
The project relates to Scandinavian financial sector; offices are based in Gdansk and Gdynia and there are some business trips to Stockholm possible.
Responsibilities:
- Working with a newly started scrum team and non-scrum teams.
- Coach scrum team, Product Owner and other stakeholders on the Agile/ Scrum way of working.
- Handle all traditional scrum activities and ceremonies.
- Fluency in English.
- Recognize and apply a Lean-Agile Mindset and principles
- Coordinate the development
Requirements:
- Certification in Project management and Scrum (PMP, IPMA, PSM)
- 5+ years of experience with IT projects and Agile/Scrum.
- Able to establish, lead and deliver projects.
- General project management, project responsibility, resource management, quality assurance.

- 12000 - 14000 PLN gross on contract of work
- 600- 750 daily net on B2B
