ROLE DESCRIPTION
What you get to do: you check the separate ingredients (on a chemical level) to see how they can be replaced with healthier options in the clients' products. By sharing your knowledge, you inspire internal and external stakeholders to be better! In return, you're provided with a great place to work and enthusiastic colleagues from R&D, Marketing, Quality and Production, who can all be convinced that your idea is the best one. By following market trends, you make sure all projects are up-to-date, on point and wanted by the consumer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You find out the following things
• what do consumers want to see?
• how can you translate this to sellable products?
• which team members need to be convinced?
• how can you communicate this externally?
Be creative, be persuasive, and you can make your mark!
REQUIREMENTS
• Nutrition degree, either MSc or PhD
• Thorough knowledge of food ingredients
• Project management skills
• Proactive attitude!
• Fluent English / Dutch or French are a plus
• Of course, you're eligible to work in Belgium
