For our Client, international company that is currently running a global SAP System landscape in over 25 locations worldwide, we are currently looking for SAP System Specialist to join second level support.
Your new role
Holding this position, you will join a team that provides professional operational support for the global SAP S/4HANA based environment. Your main responsibility will be providing 2nd level Incident and Problem management for Engineering related SAP modules. You will provide professional support to business users in the area of Engineering, fix and track problems and keep a general operational overview of implemented processes. Also, you will coordinate the escalations with external 3 rdLevel support suppliers, perform tests for implemented changes and fixed bugs. Part of your duties will include monitoring of end-to-end services according to business processes.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate, you need to hold very good knowledge of SAP system (preferably Engineering modules, SAP MM, PP, PM, PLM etc.) as well as experience as SAP Key User/Power User/ SAP Service Desk. You must hold university degree, preferably IT, Business or Engineering related field. You should hold good interpersonal and communication skills with ability to learn quickly. Due to work in an international IT organization, communicating and supporting company’s users worldwide, you need to speak fluent English language.
