For our Client, international company located in Katowice, we are currently looking for candidates interested in SAP Service Desk Team Leader.
Your new role
As a Team Leader for SAP Service Desk team you will lead, motivate, and develop them to ensure delivery of IT Support of the highest quality to company’s employees worldwide. Your scope of duties will be separated in 6 areas: People Management, Customer Relations, Risk management, Planning and Control, Business Orientation, Service Delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal Candidate you must have at least 3 years of experience in IT Support and Service Desk. Also, you need to have basic knowledge about SAP NetWeaver, SAP-EDI/ IDOC monitoring and preprocessing, C++, Java, SQL server, HTML, Flash, PHP, CMS or Mobile Apps for iOS/Android. Also, you should have ITIL knowledge but ServiceNow and Office365 skills will be a plus. Fluency in English in a must have.
