SAP Security and Authorization Support Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Taking substantial responsibility for authorization problem resolution and communication.
- Taking initiative particularly in authorization processing and system errors.
- Documenting the reporting, investigation and outcome of all problems reported for agreed partners.
- Ensuring that SAP security standards are well integrated into system.
- Evaluating the impact of defects and problems.
- Keeping relevant stakeholders (internal and external) informed of status of SAP authorization initiatives, by direct or delegated production of reports.
- Conducting and ensuring system security checks according to central guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level, preferred technical.
- Fluent in English.
- Three years SAP authorization project and system experience.
- SAP knowledge in the modules ERP authorization.
- SAP authorization knowledge in other products like CRM, SRM, Portal, PLM or GRC are beneficial but not a must.
- Strong IT system affinity.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise and understand business impact of IT system.
