On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for SAP SD/MM Specialist/Release Manager position to join IT Department which consist of processes from three fields including services, applications and projects.
Your new role
Your responsibilities will include providing high level functional and technical support to resolve SAP SD/MM application issues raised by the company SAP Key Users. Managing all the aspects of end-to-end SAP Application Releases, ensuring that established policies, procedures and processes are followed. What is more, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving SAP related incidents, fulfilling service requests and implementing changes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have at least 1 year experience in relevant application area either as a Key User or consultant, good analytical skills and customer orientation. Project Management skills, experience in release management and fluent written and spoken English is must.
