Description
- Assuming functional leadership of building, managing and continually improving best practices for all the processes for selling to customers, logistical execution, transportation planning, complaints follow-up and reporting, as well as the design of these processes in the IT system,
- Being engaged and assuming leadership of a wide range of implementation projects relating to Sales and Distribution processes,
- Acting as a first point of contact for business key users regarding support and various enhancements in the domains you are assigned,
- Analyzing the needs and demands of key users and organizing this information in an action plan with proposals for solutions,
- Checking and monitoring the progress of ongoing projects (roll outs & functional optimizations) and being responsible for creating and executing IT test scenarios,
- Documenting new processes, train the business key user and supporting them when executing user acceptance tests,
- Actively supporting key users and users during a go-live,
- Organizing internal discussions, supporting key users and playing a coordinating role after the implementation,
- Being able to anchor your know-how in the organization and playing an educative role in informing your internal customers of new developments and optimizations.
Please notice this position is located close to, but outside Warsaw (north-west of the city).
Profile
- Acquiring a good knowledge of the business processes and the functionality of the SAP modules,
- Experience in an ERP environment is a must,
- Knowledge of SAP SD (as Analyst or strong Key User),
- Conceptual thinking, results- and goal-oriented approach,
- Communication skills and ability to work with business,
- Fluent English.
