For our Client, a newly created IT centre in Kraków we are searching for SAP S4 WM Expert.
Your new role
This role supports the implementation and deployment of the Warehouse Management capability of the Enterprise First Global template (built through SAP S4 concepts). Objectives of the role are to ensure that the Global Template supports the execution of business processes related to the warehousing activity as the solution is deployed in the scoped countries. The immediate focus will be set in the successful deployment of the UK and PL business units and the capitalization of project assets for future roll-outs in an “industrialized” manner. This role will adopt and adhere to Agile principles for the Global Template project.

Your new role

Warehouse operations comprises the following processes:
- Warehouse Inbound Processing from Supplier
- Physical Inventory with EWM
- Replenishment in Warehouse
- Scrapping in Warehouse
Accountabilities:
- Partner with the Warehousing Global Leads to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Accountable
- Support decision-making for Warehousing localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable
- Ensure Corporate Warehousing policies reflected in the global template are implemented to standard with appropriate localization – Consult / Execute
- Collaborate with the Warehousing Global Process Leads and Global to implement and deploy the Global Template – Consult/Execute
- Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute
- Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors – Consult / Execute
- Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology – Consult / Execute
- Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute
- Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute
- Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute
- Adopt and adhere to Agile principles and values
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred from reputed institutions.
- Experience of configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on Inventory and Warehouse Management.
- Experience of SAP S4 experience preferred.
- Record of success in deploying a SAP Warehousing solution (WM, eWM) as a global capability
- Complete understanding of the E2E process triggering warehouse activities (integration with Procurement, Production, Quality and Sales & Distribution)
- Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template
- Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools
- Knowledge of the master data objects on the warehousing domain and the data migration processes and tools
- Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles. Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations
- Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixes
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have: SAP SolMan 7+, MS VSTS, Quality Center and MS Project
- Solves highly complex problems within their work team
- Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences
- Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
- Consulting background, ITIL and /or APICS certifications are a plus
