SAP MM/WM Integration Desk Supporter

Lokalizacja: Warszawa

For one of our clients - a company operating in the manufacturing industry, currently implementing a global SAP on HANA ERP system for all operations 

 

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Will be a member of SAP Service Desk with focus on integration-related tickets within SAP MM/WM area
  • Will be responsible for receiving, analyzing, resolving or dispatching tickets related to Warehouse and Distribution. Drive these tickets and tickets with root causes originating in other SAP modules. Structured  and strong follow-up of internal and external assignment groups; especially integration related ones.

 

Experience / Qualifications required:

  • General business process knowledge to understand SAP ERP processes, modules and related integrations with min. 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience in supply chain processes and/or manufacturing industry
  • ITIL general knowledge (ITIL Foundation preferred)
  • Service desk or 1st/2nd level SAP support experience preferred
  • Experience in system integration topics

 

Key functions:

  • Run initial investigations and diagnosis on received 1st level integration related SAP incidents
  • Assign unresolved Incidents to appropriate 2nd and/or 3rd level support groups
  • Verify resolution with super-/ end users to follow up on incidents according to Service Level Agreements
  • Follow escalation procedures and escalate major incidents to SAP Operations Group Leader & global Incident Management in alignment with appropriate shop floor support
  • Regular communication to super users, local IT and end users by phone & ticket system
  • Driving incident flow on supply chain related SAP support tickets to deliver a pro-active resolution process service
  • Work with internal knowledge base to develop it further and follow up with super users on correct operational use
  • In touch with internal integration specialists for EDI systems (iDocs, Biztalk etc.) and warehouse management systems
  • Support in running the operational environments as well as co-supporting in the next SAP rollouts
