Your new company
On behalf of our Client, a global Business Service Centre established in Tricity, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of SAP MM Support. You will join IT department consist of processes from three fields including services, applications and projects. IT team in Gdansk is serving the company globally.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing high level functional and technical support to resolve SAP ERP application issues raised by the company’s SAP Key Users. Moreover, identifying, troubleshooting and resolving SAP related incidents, fulfilling service requests and designing\implementing changes. Ensuring that issues are resolved according to SLA and alternatively escalated to next level to find adequate support to resolve the issue will be also your daily task. As SAP MM Support you will be gathering knowledge transfer of new functionalities from external consultants and sharing best practices and latest knowledge.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need at least 1 year experience in relevant application area either as a Key User or consultant and experience in SAP MM module. Good analytical skills, fluent English language and very good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
