SAP Key User (Record to Report)
The successful candidate will be part of a global systems team and will be responsible for being the connection point between the operational teams and IT. This includes facilitation of issue resolution as well as performing both business and technical change. Success will be measured on the delivery of efficient operations of SAP and surrounding systems, and driving improvements that provide value to the business

Our Client is a global leader in biotechnology sector which is currently building its business structures in Warsaw. The Global Finance Operations team will support their oversees entities.
Description
- Provide guidance and support to projects which require or supply data to R2R systems.
- Provide clear communications to business users on issues impacting service availability.
- To solve complex problems within the R2R systems portfolio, often against time pressure, through data analysis.
- Ensure data quality is reviewed and improved i.e. dealing with data queries in respect of global transactional data.
- Actively work to improve the monthly reporting process, developing and expanding the reports to provide a more useful, comprehensive and business focused sets of data for all stakeholders, by proactively developing reports to better reflect the customer's needs
- Be the first line contact for reporting related queries from other business areas
- Translate customer accounting and reporting requirements into design specifications for the 3rd party developers.
- Work with testers and business representatives to conduct User Acceptance Tests and sign off testing
- Monitor external developments and identify best practice ideas
Profile
- Energetic, proactive and self-motivated qualified /part qualified finance professional with the capability to build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent understanding of integrated systems including SAP
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to interpret business requirements into system solutions
- Experience of effectively operating in a global organisation with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to remain objective & independent whilst under pressure
- Experience of driving issue resolution across complex system & process landscapes
- End to End R2R process expertise
