Location: Cracow

Our Client is a successful production company, one of the leaders in the export market worldwide.

The company is known of its high level of work organization, modernity of produced goods and great economic results.

The person on this position will provide both project and support tasks under the direction of a Team lead for a range of SAP products for the whole group internationaly.

Key actions:

• Build, upgrade and integration of SAP infrastructure and software,

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer call tickets,

• Participate in SAP projects including infrastructure development, operational projects, and customer focused projects as assigned,

• Advanced performance tuning and storage management,

• Linking SAP software based on topology given

• Backups and restores,

• Disaster recovery planning and testing.

This position requires oncall support 24x7 in a weekly rotation including weekends. Monthly weekend outages are also a requirement.

Essential experience and skills:

• 1-2 years SAP Basis Administration,

• About 1 year in technical service and support,

• Basic experience in Oracle database environment,

• Unix and Windows operating system basics,

• Ability to set up goals and priorities,

• Very good communication and knowledge transfer skills,

• Very good level of English.
