SAP Implementation Project Manager
The IT Project Manager takes full responsibility for the delivery of ERP (SAP All-in-one) projects based on business priorities.

Description
- Responsible for ERP project deployment worldwide
- Administers and supervises projects following global standards, policies and best practices
- Assembles and manages an ad-hoc team, determines priorities, escalate issues and risks to the stake holders
- Build close relationship and collaboration with business key user and management
- Takes responsibility for project cost, on time delivery and project sign off
- Participates in the pilot of new IT solutions, signs off the product
- Ensures that the ERP support team is trained on the deployed solution
- Brings complex issues to resolution using problem solving techniques, calling upon internal and external resources as necessary
- Participates in regular global meetings and proactively contributes to the ERP strategy
- Reports to the IT Programme Manager
- Manages ad-hoc teams for the duration of the project
- Interacts with the IT SAP team for the definition and piloting of new solutions
- Transfers completed projects to the ERP Support team
- Interacts with stake holders in the business
- Interacts with IT vendors for technical support
Profile
- Very good business acumen
- Strong knowledge of ERP
- Good understanding of business process
- Strong project management experience in multi-national environment
- Deep understanding of problem solving techniques and methodologies
- Excellent communication and managerial skills.
- Able to effectively function in a diverse, multicultural environment
- Able to establish the proper mix of skills and personalities while assembling teams
- Flexibility to travel internationally on a frequent basis
