Job description:
- Acts as SAP Security / Authorizations internal consultant, as a member of the unique SAP Competence Center
- Coordinates and performs major projects and developments in the areas of SAP Authorizations, SAP Security, SAP GRC, SAP Portal and / or identity management solutions
- Acts as a subject matter expert in his/her respective area, as a part of the major SAP transformation program
- End-to-end responsibility for all stages of projects (workshops, technical design, developments, delivery, tests, cut over, hand-over to support organizations, etc.)
- Carries out trainings and workshops for end-users
- Proactively identifies areas of improvement
- Contributes to internal SAP Security / Authorizations knowledge base, including development of training materials, methods, and tools
- Coaching of more junior colleagues
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years experience in SAP Security / SAP Authorizations / SAP GRC / SAP Portal and/or IDM solutions
- Comprehensive knowledge and technical expertise in the area of SAP Roles / Authorizations and User Management (cross-module)
- Knowledge of current trends in SAP Security & Compliance
- Knowledge and experience in various Project Management methodologies
- Understanding of complete processes (beyond direct area of expertise) and multi-layer dependencies
- Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skills and with proven skills in collaboration in non-hierarchical, international and cross-functional teams
- Good customer handling experience, ability for user support & training
- Self-assured behavior, ability to work under pressure and structured working methods
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel (up to 30-40%)
