For our Client, an international company based in Warsaw we are looking for SAP CRM Specialist/Consultant.
Contract of employment.
Your responsibilities:
- Technical consultancy to European and American countries about supported customer service processes on SAP CRM and integrated solutions (Avaya, OFS, technical apps, APIs…).
- Incident support to fulfill our agreed service level with the countries. Analyze of root causes, solving them based on configuration or transferring to the corresponding responsible team, continuing with the resolution follow up until this is finally solved and accepted by the incident requestor.
- Support new changes/feature activation, based on SAP customizing (without ABAP development).
- Transferring needs for development to the corresponding team and follow them up until their end.
- Participating on roll out tasks: configuration, test support, go-live preparation, go-live support, clarification with business, etc.
Our requirements:
- At least 3 year experience in IT with knowledge on SAP CRM or another CRM applications, service module know-how is a plus.
- Knowledge of SD module would be an asset.
- Business knowledge in complex and critical processes, preferable in the area of after sales service and contact center.
- Technical knowledge on process analysis and SAP customizing.
- Familiar with complex environments with high amount of system integrations.
- Knowledge and experience in an agile methodologies (SAFe, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Availability to travel internationally.
