SAP CRM Consultant (German language)

 

… to join well-established SAP delivery team, providing SAP implementation and application management services to international clients.

Key functions:

  • Ongoing maintenance and development of Client’s SAP CRM system
  • Close cooperation with the Key users, Client technical teams, ABAP development team
  • Installing new systems applications; updating applications, configuration and testing activities
  • Delivering business-requested changes & system enhancements
  • Solving the technical incidents and changes in SAP CRM area fulfilling the agreed SLA’s and quality standards, Incident/Problem Management including:
    • Incident analysis and resolution
    • Bug-fix - preparation and implementation
    • Client requirements’ analysis (Change Requests)
    • Preparation of functional specifications
    • Functional configuration of SAP system

 

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years of experience in implementing/supporting SAP CRM module
  • Experience with the work in the SAP application support team
  • Experiences with SAP interfacing technologies (ALE/IDoc, EDI, BAPIs, flat-file interfaces) or SAP – non SAP system interfaces
  • Understanding of SAP integration technologies
  • An open, flexible and adaptable mindset to cope with a rapidly changing set of tasks and interest in problem solving and solution improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working with Clients, focus on Client satisfaction
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken and German at least on communicative level
  • BSc/ MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent

Nice to have:

  • Professional certificate related to the relevant domain
  • ITIL awareness
  • Experience in Agile and Dev/Ops methodologies, e.g. Scrum or SAFe
  • Experience in BRF+, Workflow, User Interface: WebDynpro, NetWeaver Business Client
