For our Client, Shared Service Center of well-known international manufacturing company located in Katowice we are looking for Candidates interested in SAP CRM Application Support Specialist position.
Your new role
The SAP CRM Application Support Specialist will perform as a 2nd level support and you will provide incident reporting and analysis. Also you will collaborate and communicate with Application Specialist for technical improvement opportunities and investigate, resolve and/or escalate tickets reported to the 2nd level. You will act as ticket owner and maintain high quality communication with the business and comply procedures, segregation of duties and service levels. Such SAP CRM Application Support Specialist will also contribute to knowledge management and contribute in Standard Change list updates. Such person performs Standard Changes in the system and other activities provided by his/her team Lead. He/she will participate in Handover projects from other regions / Teams.
What you'll need to succeed
As an ideal candidate you should have 3+ years of experience as SAP CRM consultant/architect/support and have university degree in IT or Engineering field. Moreover you need to have proven know-how in configuration of SAP CRM modules, you should understands SAP CRM infrastructure and SAP development workbench. You need to reading and debugging of Web UI components, ABAP and ABAP/OO programs. Moreover you should have good understanding of integrative SAP CRM processes and interfaces to the SAP ERP. Due to international work environment you need to have good English skills. Moreover, you need to have solid experience in sales processes:
- Master Data accounts
- Master Data products
- Opportunity management
- Quotation management
- Activity management
- Claim management
- Marketing Campaigns
- Middleware monitoring.
