SAP Consultant FI/CO, SD, MM
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the smooth operations of the transactional processes with the shared services centre
• To provide training on process tools and work closely with the BRM and Business owners to implement new solutions
• The Quality assurance of new tool implementation and existing tool deployments.
• Responsible for producing Key Performance Indicators, to track and monitor user issues and development initiatives in the SSC.
• Develop and Manage relationship with over 100 end users of SAP on a Pan-European basis.
• Identify, analyse and resolve issues on a daily basis and document solutions to be shared on a European Basis.
• Assist SAP Business key user with updating and re-engineering Training Materials, delivering workshops on a regular basis to strengthen the pool of user knowledge in the SSC.
• Assist SAP Business key user with SAP integration and regression testing
Requirements:
• Analyst level work experience in SAP FI/CO. SD,MM, R3 or similar
• Either consultant or internal background with project experience in SAP implementations preferably in a Manufacturing and/or Sales company (maybe in the consumer industry)
• Strong communication and relationship management skills to engage and work with the Business organization.
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on system configuration skills
• Strong Sap process and technical skills
• Experience of operating in both a support and project environment.
• Open minded with a strong willingness to learn
• Have a positive "can do" attitude.
• Strong attention to details.
