SAP Administrator

Modis is seeking a SAP System Administrator for one of our leading client located in Cracow.

The role involves working very closely with the internal Company Operations Functions, Global IT Teams and Client IS Teams, to ensure we have the processes and response times to resolve issues meeting client expectations and requirements (SLAs, KPIs, RSLs and CSIs).

Main responsibilities of the successful candidate will include business analysis, support and maintenance pertaining to the applications they support.

- A minimum of 1 year's experience in Development and/or Production Support for SAP
- A good working knowledge of case and ticket management
- Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
- At minimum, a basic understanding of change management and project lifecycles,
- Excellent analytical skills, specifically to identify impacts to support a methodical approach to estimating effort involved to deliver change
- Demonstrate ability to be part of a team
- Basic understanding of business analysis to support the Technology Change Leads and Project Managers
- A good knowledge of IT production processes and supporting functions.
- Fluent English
