Your new company
For an international start-up specialised in software for supply chain space in multinational companies, we are currently looking for an Inside Sales Team Leader with fluent English. Role is based in Warsaw.
Your new role
You will join a fast growing tech company, dedicated at improving environmental and social practices by offering IT solutions for sustainable supply chain at global companies. You role will be focused on managing local sales team, focused on selling company’s value proposition to target clients – from small to large companies in CEE market. In this role you will develop business by following up with inbound leads, cold and warm-calling existing prospects and clients as well as lead the team and inspire a top-performer culture. You will be involved in developing your team and building the market exposure and company’s brand internationally. You will be also responsible for analyzing and reporting data, using various tools i.e. Salesforce.com dashboards and reports to measure your team’s effectiveness.
What you’ll need to succeed
This is a leadership position, hence you need to show an outgoing personality with exceptional level of drive and motivation to build a highly successful and effective sales team. You need to present excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to lead and coach people. Formal requirements for this position include an university degree, previous experience in managing people (previous experience in call center operations management will be highly appreciated) and fluency in English (any additional language would be a benefit).You need to show passion for sustainability and enjoy working in an international company with start-up attitude. This role requires also analytical skills and advanced user knowledge of Excel and Power Point.

You will be offered a full-time job contract and a competitive salary within the range of 9 000 – 12 000 PLN gross (depending on your experience).
