The Sales Support Employee reports hierarchical and operational to her/his Sales Superior (Sales Manager, Executive or Representative) responsible for its sales territory within the Sales Department.
The main task of the Sales Support Employee can be listed as follows:
-Performing activities in accordance with instructions -Communication with customers (email and phone) -Order taking and registration in the system -Follow up of the realized sales transactions and its related logistics requirements (like document checking) -Communication with the logistics department for stock checking -Provide the assistance to the sales superior on various issues -Participation in building a professional business customer relationship -Market monitoring and analysis -Understanding and operation of internal system (SAP) -All other activities applicable for the support of the sales activities
Expectations for Candidates:
-Mid-level education, preferably completed with proper work experience (Relevant work experience in an (international) Sales Department would be an advantage) -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Fluent in the Russian and English language -Computer skills (MS Office, ERP system experience would be an advantage) -Accurate, social and a team-player -Responsible, accurate, energetic and sales and customer oriented - Positive attitude and dynamic person without the 9-to-5 mentality. -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in comparable job
