Your new role:
The Sales Support Representative role is accountable for supporting the Sales organisation on general sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues.
Location: Gdańsk
Some of your daily tasks:
- Serves as a primary resource for sales and account management teams to understand content/product offerings, business policies, order processing, credits, and procedures and assists in problem solving all issues
- Permission prospect clients for trials
- Fill in and update regulatory documentation for Italian clients
- Support for administrative tasks relating to order fulfilment (new sales, cancellations, renewals etc.)
- Provide billing information (i.e. products, pricing, billing address etc.) into relevant systems, supporting the quote to billing processes
- Escalate and follow up on client’s billing and invoicing issues
- Maintaining client data (such as contacts, addresses, service changes etc.) into relevant systems
- Ensure pipeline accuracy and support monthly forecast processes
- Engage with Business Operations team to support contract fulfilment and compliance
- Responsible for ensuring procedure changes are supported, implemented and followed to maximize efficiency, delivering quality services to customers for all order to cash processes
- May interact with customers (via phone, email) on an as-needed basis
- Serves as a consultant on best practices and knowledge sharing related to new products, sales process best practices
- May provide logistical support for regional sales meetings and other events as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
- Language skills: Fluent in English and Italian required;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to apply knowledge and creativity to resolve standard and complex client issues
- At least 5 years of experience in a business operations, sales support or order management or customer service function
- Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation)
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Experience with Salesforce/SAP a plus
