Responsibilities:
- Create owners and build brand loyalty;
- Approach with customer and engage in each conversation in store, and discover customers" needs and provide customized solutions with Huawei products;
- Provide the world-class service to customers, create a fantastic experience to them in realizing, purchasing and learning their products;
- Keep high service standard;
- Steer the customers into Huawei ecosystem, and provide a trustworthy support to their questions;
- Help customer to setup their new product and guide them with some useful tips and tricks;
- Keep learning agility to the latest technical about consumer electronics industry, use your knowledge to help customer explore how Huawei product to meet their needs and change their daily life;
- Provide basic troubleshooting advice and solve the basic use questions of customers;
- Introduce other store services like activity and repairing to improve customers' experience in using products, support peers in different journey to maintain customers' experience;
- Coordinate with peers cross functions to achieve store goals as a team;
- Keep the store visual as a high standard at any time.
Requirements:
- Love Huawei brand. Have a strong passion for learning about Huawei technology and products;
- Strong approachability, listening skill and customer service skill, have the capacity to provide world-class customer experience to people;
- Have passionate about technical, understand the changes of competitor and introduce the advantage of Huawei product accurately;
- Have strong skill in one to one and one to many environment, infected with the customers through storytelling;
- Be flexible with working time;
- Fluent in English is a plus;
- Sales experience in a fast-pace environment and famous company (Like Apple, Zara and IKEA) is a plus.
