We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our successful and growing team in Warsaw to support our teams in London, Warsaw and Kraków. You will be joining a talented organization committed to delivering high quality services.
Sales Representative
Your responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining good relationships with Clients and actively looking for new ones
• Making new sales calls to prospects
• Presenting offers for current and potential Clients
• Negotiating the terms of contracts and transactions
• Becoming a Master User on Social Media Platforms primarily on Facebook & LinkedIn
• To play a key role in implementation of new projects once agreed (including events for selected clients)
• Occasionally attending Meetings in London as & when necessary
• Planning and achieving the business assumptions in given periods (monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Ongoing management of sales process and preparing sales reports for supervisors and board members
• Providing market analysis, monitoring of competition activities and searching for new business development opportunities
• Supporting marketing activities
• Providing current administrative duties related with sales processes
• Taking care of other tasks ordered by the superior
• Logging daily activity on the company CRM system
Profile of the ideal candidate:
• Ideally two years’ experience in customer service/sales department
• Fluent English (B2/C1)
• Strong customer focus
• A natural thirst for development of yourself
• You shape the business with us – your ideas count
• Passionate about supporting, advising and helping businesses achieve their potential
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Agile
