Requirements:
University Degree in Business or Economics or Engineering field
Strong selling and negotiations skills - ideally gained within HGV environment
Min 2 years" experience in B2B sales
Good interpersonal, communication and commercial skills with the utmost ethical principles
Capacity to work autonomously and organise him-/herself efficiently
Good understanding of buyers behavior and customer decision making process
Good level of English (B2), other languages are a plus
Driving license
Duties:
Organizing, implementing and monitoring activities required to achieve sales targets
Carrying out measures to cultivate existing customer potential and to generate new business with existing customers
Seeks constantly for new leads and prospects Visits and negotiates with existing customers and sells additional products and services to customers
Negotiating and managing contracts with clients.
Controlling sales, rebates and commissions in order to maximize revenues.
Regularly updates the customer database
Coordination of sales activities with other company"s units in order to exploit synergetic potentials for successful operations.
Ensuring that the progress of sales activities is transparent to the management, including forecasts as well as information relevant to market, competitors and customers
