For our Client (number one US-based vapor product producer) we're currently looking for
Sales RepresentativeMiejsce pracy: Poznań
Role and responsibilities:
- Active participation in building long term company position to ensure the Company proposition is adult smokers first choice & strong relevance while eliminating cigarettes in local market,
- Implementation of short and long term sales plans at retail level on defined sales area,
- Active building retail customers network via implementing the Company products proposition as permanent offer to the stores in line with company standards,
- Extending the range of Company products in line with a dedicated list of assortment,
- Providing sales expertise to customers - advice, propose and collect right orders from customers and forward them to respective wholesalers,
- Executing Trade Marketing programs and promotions to clients,
- Agreeing, implementing and maintaining merchandising standards in line with channel recommendation to execute pictures of success or Perfect Store at shop level,
- Enforcement of established listings and contractual arrangements in national and local chains,
- Collecting market information regarding competitive activations on the market and propose corrective actions,
- Effective usage of company systems to record and report sales activities in line with company principles,
- Active cooperation with other people within the department to achieve total company goals in respective area,
- Responsible for compliance of internal and external regulations including all regulations regarding ENDS category, regulations of corporate governance, security policy and policy of personal data protection,
- Being ambassador of Company products on the market as well among friends and family.
Requirements:
- High education
- Secondary education as min. requirement,
- Min 2 years’ experience in FMCG companies,
- English – intermediate level as min requirement,
- Good knowledge of Retail Local Market Customer management,
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation & execution skills,
- Knowledge and ability to use mechanisms and tools supporting sales,
- Good work organization and resistance to stress,
- Creativity and innovation in building solutions,
- Ability to build long term customer relationship,
- Excellent skills in computer programs,
- Driving license.
