Role Description

As a MSP Strategist you are good at keeping an overview of different processes, sourcing for the best possible candidates in the business. You will coordinate and advise clients as well as candidates, developing new business relations and keeping them up to date. Working with a diversity of positions starting from officer to directors making sure that you really now the companies and all its layers. In our team we are working with several big pharmaceutical clients making sure that we make the best match for our clients.

To really get to know the company and the position we are offering an intensive training program. Making sure that you can develop and grow in this position and company.

Responsibilities

- Actively approaching the market en building new and maintaining existing relationships
- Keeping contact with our key clients
- Responsible for finding the best possible candidates
- Headhunting targeted individuals for different positions
- Keeping a good overview of the full recruitment cycle
- Contact by phone but also face-to-face traveling to meet clients
- Interviewing applicants

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master
- Valid drivers license (B)
- Commercial mindset, assertive and diplomatic
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Living in the area of Amsterdam (45 minutes - 1 hour) or willing to move
