Job Description
The general goal of the position is to successfully manage sales and orders from partners and customers and ensure they receive best-in-class customer service.
Responsibilities
- Responding calls and e-mails from partners and customers,
- Supporting the shipping/logistics department,
- Ensuring on-time order closure and invoicing,
- Building a strong relationship with Partners and Client’s stakeholders,
- Managing warranty claims and customer complaints,
- Generating reports and conducting analyses,
- Generating potential sales opportunities
Wymagania
Requirements
If you;
- Would like to start your international career,
- Have good communication and analytical skills,
- Are open to working with clients,
- Speak English and French at least at B2 and C1 level respectively
