For our Client, an international pharmaceutical company based in Warsaw, currently we are looking for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manager.
The Candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and operations planning (S&OP) strategy and processes. Sales and Operations Planning Manager will engage with multiple functions and executive leadership to ensure organizational alignment and influence the teams to make timely and critical business decisions regarding a consensus forecast to meet customer reliability targets. This individual will work with senior leaders from Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure understanding and compliance to the planning and S&OP monthly cycles.
A Bachelor's Degree is required and a Master's Degree is preferred. Minimum of 3-4 years of Supply Chain experience in roles including S&OP leadership and process execution are needed. Our Client expects proven track record of delivering results and successfully engaging stakeholders in S&OP process. Experience in demand planning in an ERP environment (SAP preferred) is required. We are looking for candidates who are highly skilled in building valued partnerships with stakeholders, communicating effectively, influencing senior leaders, leading change, applying emotional intelligence, managing projects, and understanding analytics. Fluency in English is a must.
