Sales Manager
Miejsce pracy: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships across multiple functions and divisions with all customers across Central and Eastern Europe
- Manage client relationships from lead to live and onwards in conjunction with Account Management
- Show wide professional knowledge to the customer through a consultative selling approach
- Build strong relationships with co-workers (finance, compliance, legal, marketing, product departments) to enable an efficient interaction between team and the customer
- Develop a strong sales strategy to grow acceptance at online retailers across CEE (groceries, fashion, marketplaces)
- Drive business in new commerce formats (app-based commerce, click & collect, self-service kiosk etc)
From the candidates we expect:
- Experience in sales of services, business development or consulting
- Knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or payment industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple opportunities
- Ability to effectively manage a pipeline and be an organized administrator working within a defined sales process
- Good team player with collaborative approach and ability to forge constructive relationships
- Great interpersonal, cross-cultural skills, self-reliance
- Readiness for business trips
- Fluent English
