Description
* Hire, train and supervise sales operation (inside sales and field sales);
* Manage sales organization (performance, targets, feedback, coaching);
* Actively involved in sales with own sales targets;
* Responsible for pricing, portfolio management, discounting policy;
* Implement available expertise from shareholders with regard to sales force management;
Profile

* Proven track record of success in B2B sales;
* Sales team leadership experience;
* Focus on achieving targets;
* Open to learn from expertise;
* High communication skills;
* Fluent English;
