THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Oost-Vlaanderen Belgium.
They are an innovator of products for the bakery and the rest of the food industry. Today, they are looking for a sales manager to strengthen their team.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Do you have a commercial mindset? Are you willing to coach a team? Then you are the next sales manager, who will be responsible for the sales of the bakery ingredients and you will be responsible for the maintaining client relations, but also for building new client relations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay up to date with the current trends in the food industry and mainly in bakery ingredients
- Maintain and build new client relations
- Coach a team of sales professionals
- Work cross-functionally with the R&D team and the Marketing teams
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Bachelors in Business
- At least 5 years experience in a sales function in the food industry (bakery is a preference)
- Experience in managing a team
- Fluent in Dutch, English and French
