Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Medical Devices organization, based in Belgium.

Strives for a better healthcare around the world, with leading innovative products. Their products create possibilities for medical laboratories to safely perform research.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As the Sales Manager Benelux you will report to the Country Manager of the Diabetes Care unit. You actively shape local business strategies and contribute to formulating new strategies, together with you counter part in the Marketing department. You will also develop adequate tools to drive the sales force.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage the business Strategy in the Benelux
- Accountable for the implementation of the annual business plan
- Drive the business to achieve and exceed expectations
- Maintains contacts with key decision makers
- Understand the local customer needs through intensive interactions with the customers

REQUIREMENTS

- Bsc in Medical or Business orientation
- In depth knowledge of the Diabetes market in the Benelux and experience with legal en regulatory in the Netherlands
- Established track record in Sales
- Dutch and English, French is a plus
- Driven for results
- Experience in building teams
