THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Netherlands.
For one of our clients a Market leader in innovative optical and digital equipment for the health care industry, I am currently looking for a Sales Manager Surgery. Their mission is to work everyday to improve health care worldwide and to improve their products to best fit the needs of customers worldwide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be in charge of developing new business and selling medical devices to OR suites and surgery centers in the Benelux.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
- Develop a local strategy, establish a market strategy by analyzing the market and execute these plans
- Built on customer relations
- Coordination of Service and delivery on customer equipment
- Collaborate with the National and International Sales team
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc Degree and a min. of 3 years of Commercial experience
- A strong experience in the hospital room and the health care industry
- Preferably 3-5 years of commercial experience in the OR environment
- You speak Dutch, English.
