A fantastic opportunity has been created for a Sales Executive/Product Manager to join an extremely successful organisation, working closely with the sales team in driving growth across the Western Europe market.

  • This is NOT Area Sales Manager with active business development with a lot of driving and active sales, this is a stationary position in sales team in Production Factory

Our global reach expands to more than 50 countries.

Description

Sales Manager works actively to search for new Customers for Contract Manufacturing services for Medical Devices. His/her job includes all activities from sales and product management areas from targeting to winning Customers and providing the best post-sales Service. That includes business development activities, costing and quotes preparation, NPI commercial support and key account management.

Sales role at the company is located between traditionally understood Sales and Product Management departments. If you are open and capable to grasp both, you are our perfect candidate! In medical device contract manufacturing industry, sales process is about building trust and proving expertise. Both are gained from product knowledge and supportive attitude towards Customer's needs (and often problems to be helped with).

Sales person would be involved in both Customer relationship building activities and RFQ analyzing, costing and quoting. This unique combination of self-development opportunities as well as requirements is suited for a candidate with:

  • either sales experience that is eager and capable to gain product knowledge, together with its manufacturing technology and regulatory environment
  • or product management experience that wants to go beyond product costing and gain knowledge and skills in managing the Customer needs

Sales Manager reports to Business Development Manager and cooperates closely with Business Unit Directors located in Europe and US.

Profile

  • Fluent English, speaking and writing, with business English command
  • Analytical mind supported by MS Excel command
  • Experience in Contract Manufacturing or Private Label industry
  • Min 3 year experience in sales and/or product management in international environment
  • Service oriented attitude
  • Product manager experience is welcome
  • Multitasking and flexibility
  • This is NOT Area Sales Manager position with a lot of driving, this is a stationary position in sales team in Production Plant
  • If you are an Area Sales Person with experience in business development in selling products in area please do not apply.
