Our Client is an aseptic packaging solutions dedicated to food industry producer with a global reach. The Company delivers high quality product due to its’ production technology, which significantly improves breakeges ratio i.e. during final product transportation. It has three production sites in Europe an Americas and has been locally distributed for over a decade.

Due to its ambitious plans for further Polish market development, the company is seeking for a fully dedicated Sales Manager based in Poland. The role will be reporting to Regional Sales and Marketing Director based abroad.

 

Mission for the role

Hired Manager will be responsible for business development with current and potential Clients and will be working on turnover and profitability targets. Will use his/her market insights, relationships and knowledge to deliver business growth by highest quality of work.

 

Requirements

- Proved experience in sales / marketing B2B; at least 3 years in the flexible packaging, the best in   

  Aseptic applications

- Well known with the Aseptic producers/ juice / vegetables industry

- Strong professional network in the food industry

- Technical knowledge

- BA business management / marketing

- Ability to work independently and reporting to regional sales manager in Israel

- Independency, decisiveness, goal orientation and internal drive

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to achieve budget targets

- Positive and energetic attitude with ambition to lead sales process

- Experience in working for global companies will be treated as an additional asset

- Fluent English (Oral and written)
