Sales Manager Poland (automotive aftermarket)
On this role the my Client requires an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to support the existing sales force in their daily activities and to maximise their sales potential. Successful candidate will be accounted for reaching the budgeted sales KPIs and for sales analysis. Management of direct sales and distribution sales will be the key element of winning strategy.

Description
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Achieve other KPIs listed and agreed in the Annual Performance Evaluation
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Manage objective settings, coach and monitor performance of sales force
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Support Key Account Managers in their tasks
- Oversee periodical sales promotions
- Monitor competition activities
- Present detailed sales analysis on request
- Prepare monthly forecasts
Profile
- University or similar degree
- Successful previous experience as sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive sales process
- Willingness to go extra mile (able to exceed expectations)
- Strong business sense and automotive industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially within MS Excel capabilities
- English language is a must
- Be a passionate in sport activities
