Sales Manager - interior design semi-products
Scope of responsibilities:
- Participates in the development of the sales strategy with the Sales Director to define business objectives and the means to implement them. Defines and executes the appropriate actions plans in order to achieve the defined objectives
- Studied the market ( customers, competitors, ...) to put in place appropriate action plans
- Organizes and prepares his/her visits with key customers in the country (Distributors and Industrial customers) and leads negotiations in the framework of the trade policy of the company
- Fills in the CRM with the appropriate information
- Establishes and implements relevant KPIs to have indicators to control his/her activity.
- Analyses the performance of the country in terms of objectives and implements corrective actions necessary to achieve the objectives
- Works closely with the specification team
- Builds up and keeps excellent relations with distributors & industry
Required Experience / Qualifications & Competencies / Personal attributes
- Commercial Education & 8 years-experience in Sales in building products (B2B sales of components or semi-finished products for building activity, preferably interior finishing, furniture)
- Experience in business development and networking
- Ability to convince
- Analyze & decision maker
- Strong negotiator
- Thinking in solutions/resolving mind
- Focus on actions and results
- Excellent relation builder & keeping them
