Your new company is a global leader in manufacturer of high quality electrical machines: Electrical Motors, Electric Panels, Gear Boxes, Drives, Industrial Automation, Spare Parts. The company offers to customers a wide range of products and services destined to industrial customers, including energy, oil&gas, agriculture, water, pulp&paper, marine, steel, electric and not only. They are looking for Sales Manager responsible for Poland.
As a Sales Manager for Polish market you will be responsible for sales development in the region – building and developing relations with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers in the sector of industrial customers and distributors.. Your tasks will include market analysis, preparing comprehensive offers and solutions for clients, leading complex negotiation process. Moreover, Sales Manager will coordinate Sales Team and cooperate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Logistic, ). You should know that t he job requires business travels (50 – 70% of business time) sometimes also abroad (Europe).
What you'll need to succeed?To be successful on that position you should demonstrate a couple of years of professional experience in sales or business development in technical area as well as industrial sector. Very welcomed are Candidates with knowledge of electric motors and related environment. Fluent command of Polish and English and technical master’s degree is a must. If you have strong business development skills, proven track record in acquiring new industrial customers well organised and able to work independently, very good presentation and negotiation skills the offer is for you.
