Sales Manager/ Director CEE (m/f)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Sales Engineers ( 10+) in CEE region.
You will build and maintain a sustainable and profitable OEM business.

For our Client, a leading worldwide manufacturer of technical components used in a broad range of fields, we are looking for a Sales Manager/Director CEE.
Description
- Responsible for leading and driving all OEM business in order to successfully grow the OEM partner community and revenues
- Manage and implement the sales forecasting, planning and buyer driven sales and marketing processes, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
- Responsible for sales and people management activities ( sales team 10+)
- Setting and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators for the department
- Implementation reporting system and analysing the performance
- Together with sales team manage partners in order to achieve revenue quotas by working with pre-sales and consulting services to successfully enable OEM partners
- Analyse and evaluate market possibilities and identify the key risks and opportunity areas in terms of further growth of the Company
Profile
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering or equivalent
- 8 - 10+ years of demonstrated management of a remote technical sales staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior leadership, gain alignment, and drive progress
- Detailed tracking, reporting and managing capabilities
- Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills, problem solving, organizational and planning skills
- Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Polish
- Availability to travel internationally primarily in CEE Region
