Sales Manager (branża techniczna) - m/f
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand international customers in the machinery, off-highway equipment and railway industry.

For our Client , a world-class supplier of technical components for the automotive, agricultural machinery and railway industry, we are searching for a dynamic and ambitious proactive Sales Manager with good technical knowledge to drive the growth of the global sales.
Description
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customer contacts;
- Grow client base - through technical sales and strong negotiations
- Responsible for offering/tendering and award negotiations;
- Managing small team ( 5 people);
- Exploiting market potential and identifying new fields of application;
- Creating market volume analyzes, competitive analyzes, marketing plans and budgets;
- Turnover budget responsibility and reporting.
Profile
- Sales experience of technical components to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM);
- Project Management experience will be a plus:
- Outstanding technical/mechanical engineering background;
- Enthusiastic and dynamic character with a proactive sales approach;
- A genuine desire for development and a challenging position where you can lead from the front;
- Willingness to travel;
- High level of commitment, goal orientation and self-motivation (operational activity via the home office);
- Very good communication skills;
- Good knowledge of English language.
