THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Medical Devices organization, based in Belgium.
For one of the market leaders in the orthopedics industry , I am currently looking or a Sales Manager. By investing heavily in their employees they ensure that all who work for them become the experts in the market and provide the best possible solutions for their patients worldwide.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for the sales strategy execution in the Benelux and partner with the Key Account Managers to ensure the sales strategy is best implemented in your region. Besides this you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers and improving on existing relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and coach your Sales team
- Identify opportunities and provide credible market and customer feedback
- Forecast periodical revenues
- Control al resources and Materials in Sales area
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or marketing
- Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language, French is a plus
- Experience in the orthopedic industry is preferred
- Experience in Managing is an advantage
- Self directed learner
- A born motivator and coach
