The Sales Engineer will develop and execute the sales strategy to be successful in a highly competitive environment. This role requires commercial and technical insight in applying new protective packaging solutions to existing and new customers.

For our Client , a global packaging solutions leader, we are searching for a Sales Engineer, Europe.
Description
- Execute strategic plan and expand sales in Europe with a new sustainable protective packaging solutions;
- Perform market research;
- Design and develop new protective packaging solutions for customers;
- Assist sales team with prospecting of new customers from technical point of view;
- Negotiate terms of co-operation with new and existing customers;
- Prepare offers and contracts;
- Monitoring business activity of the competitors;
- Track and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Keep a strong understanding of the industry.
Profile
- Degree educated or equivalent ideally within an Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in international B2B sales in packaging industry;
- Knowledge and experience in paper based structural packaging industry is preferred.
- Technical expertise in application technologies;
- Must have a broad knowledge of multi-material assembly techniques and processes used in the making of protective packaging components;
- Exceptional negotiation and technical solution-based sales expertise;
- Excellent interpersonal, motivational and communication skills;
- Fluent English, knowledge of other languages will be a plus;
- Good analytical and business understanding skills
- High level of self-motivation, initiative and involvement in work
- Valid drivers' license and the flexibility to travel.
