THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.

For one of our Clients, an international Market Leader within the Pharma Industry, I am currently looking for a Sales Director.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

- Leading a team of Regional Managers. Direct responsibility for implementation of the brand value propositions.
- Ensuring that the account segmentation, prioritisation and resource allocation is optimised to meet sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Actively participate and contribute to the development and implementation of the national sales plan.
- Responsible for the daily running of the department, monitoring the team members work load and giving guidance and support when needed.
- Ensure the capability build supports the capability needs of TA/Brands and priority markets.
- Working in close collaboration with the Marketing department.
- Develop an industry leading Sales team

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Natural sciences.
- + 10 years of experience within a leading position, in the Pharma Industry.
- Strong demonstration cross functional working and senior stakeholder management.
- Experience of managing the development and delivery of online learning solutions for sales and management teams.
- Excellent flexibility and ability to deal with a High stress environment.
- Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and SAGE
