THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

This company can be described as a young, ambitious and rapidly growing high-tech company within the Pharma/Biotech.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

For this function, our client needs you to set up a sales team in the EMEA region and develop a strategy to approach this new region.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Sales Director in the EMEA region it is crucial to understand the product our client wants to sell. A Msc degree in a Life Science related field is therefore required. You will use this knowledge to actively engage with the clients and explain the product to them in detail. Besides that, the role has the following responsibilities:

- Develop a sales and marketing strategy
- Implement the developed strategy
- Actively develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Be engaged in the start-up of a regional sales team

REQUIREMENTS

- Msc in a Life Science related field
- Experience in sales
- Strong commercial drive
- Available and willing to travel frequently
