Sales Director - Consumer Goods and Healthcare (m/f)
Sales Director will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company in Poland and driving the entrusted teams towards achievement of key commercial objectives. Moreover, this person will play a significant role in providing regional board with insights on the local market and building recommendations in long-term perspective.

For our Client, operating in the international consumer goods and healthcare sectors, we are looking for a well-seasoned people manager and business developer on a position of Sales Director who will drive the further company's growth.
Description

Design and execute sales strategy for Poland provided local requirements, regional and global input
- Deliver high quality account management to a portfolio of key clients in diverse sales channels (modern trade incl. drug stores and discounters, traditional trade and pharmacy)
- Achieve profit and revenue targets for a designated area
- Take full responsibility for the P&L
- Maximise effectiveness of product visibility, rotation and promotion calendar at retail level
- Lead mature and challenging team (>10) via continuous process improvement and coaching
- Launch new products, optimise existing portfolio and concepts as a result of in-depth market insights
- Identify new prospects and business opportunities
- Boost the company potential by cooperating cross-functionally with internal, local and international stakeholders
Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management in FMCG (must-have) with knowledge of pharmacy channel and marketing assignments as a definite advantage
- Master degree in economy, business management, marketing or related
- Proven track record in people management and talent development
- Profound understanding of consumer goods market and current trends
- Outstanding analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions based on different sources of data
- Hands-on individual who builds trust, value others and fosters innovation
- Strong communicator and team player with high solving problem capacities
- High integrity, working ethics and entrepreneurial flare
- Native Polish and fluent English
