Sales Data Desk Agent
Location: Wroclaw
Job type: Contract B2B
Responsibilities:
- Research and update account information leveraging external source or applications such as Hoovers and Data.com
- Collect appropriate approvals and merge account information to avoid duplicates
- Review submissions/ manage requests and exception requests to create/ dissolve a company, change account ownership, flag private equity accounts
- Maintain accurate data to ensure consistency for forecasting and proper assignment to account executives
- Research and validate data dispute via Hoover and other sources
- Work on ad-hoc data quality projects with customer’s data quality leads
- Be able to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Min. Bachelor degree,
- Fluent English (min. B2),
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.),
- Excellent oral and written communication skills,
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills,
- Demonstrated passion for ensuring commitment to quality,
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
