For our Client, well known IT/TECH company with the center based in a very good location in Cracow, we are currently looking for Candidates to join Customer Service department.
While working at the position of Specialist, you will be responsible for answering client queries via both phone and email. You will track every inbound and outbound call in the system, all time ensuring that the service is provided in accordance to company's policies and procedures. You will be working in a team of professionals where you can the knowledge of best quality customer support.
We are looking forCandidates with Czech or Slovak, preferably at native-like level. Additionally, English at at least B2 level is a must. An ideal Candidate has some working experiences in Customer Service environment, but not necessarily in call center. Interest in new technologies or in sales would be an advantage.
The company offers a unique opportunity to work in a well known company, in an attractive location in Cracow. Attractive benefits, salaries and standard working hours are also included. We are open also for Candidates that are not currently in Cracow and are not able to attend f2f interview- the Client is ok with Skype and phone interview only.
