Your responsibilities:
• Coordinating complex Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Pricing, Catalogues, New Products, Presentation and Communication activities as well as projects with the local sales team and colleagues in the German headquarter
• Managing Business Development activities with customers from Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Baltic States
• Actively participating in the daily work of the Sales and Customer Service team
• Supervising pricing, forecasting, order management processes in the SAP system
• Providing accurate and complete information in daily/weekly/monthly management reports
• Organizing local exhibitions, events and seminars
• Supervising, coordinating, proofing Russian- English/English –Russian translations
• Participating in international meetings and supporting consecutive interpreting of Russian/English/Polish languages
• Coordinating all catalogues, leaflet language adaptation and preparation processes
We are looking for people with:
• University or Colleague Degree (Bachelor or Master)
• 2 years of prior Sales, Trade Marketing or Customer Service experience preferably in international environment, experience in a similar position will be an advantage/Recent graduates are also welcome
• Experience in SAP logistics module will be an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken Russian, English and native Polish languages
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize , organize and coordinate workload
• High organizational, analytical, planning and multitasking skills
• Strong business development, sales and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team work skills
