Our current client is a global provider of Consulting and Inside Sales services. On their behalf, we are looking for energetic and self-motivated individuals to join the company?s rapidly expanding telesales team in Warsaw.

We are looking for Native/Fluent Speakers of any of the following languages (plus good English)

Russian, Hungarian, Greek, Ukrainian, Arabic, French Arabic, Serbian/Croatian, German. Swiss German, Finish, Norwegian, Portuguese.

As a Sales Consutlant with Fluent Language Skills you will generate new opportunities by strategically identifying clients of all levels, that have already used Microsoft products within the educational industry.

You will be contacting representatives of Educational Institutions which makes the job even more interesting and stimulating.

 

Responsibilities:

  • working on customer education and customer relationships in order to encourage the Clients to use the full/paid versions of the Microsoft products
  • generating innovative ideas which Microsoft products can bring to Education
  • conducting friendly but efficient calls to the customers which will generate the results in line with the stategy set out by our Client
  • cooperating with Microsoft sales teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), partners, and customers to develop, outline, to drive successful deployment and usage of Windows and O365 in the classroom
  • supporting large and managed 1:1 device deals via proactive engagement with clients and channel partners
  • providing insight and feedback from customers and partners.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate for the current role is fluent in the target language and possesses excellent phone, and email skills, along with the ability to see and qualify customer opportunities.
  • The chosen person needs to enjoy talking to other people, providing them with solutions which will genuinely help them achieve their goals with the help of Microsoft solutions.

 

The key ?hard? requirements are:

  • native or near-native level of the target language
  • very good command of English.
  • previous experience in sales or dealing with business contacts is a plus.
  • reasonable working knowledge of the IT industry.
  • strong communication and networking skills.
  • high self-motivation, innovative, and proactive approach.
